Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.sparshayuclinic.com and the consultation and appointment-booking services offered by Sparsh Ayurveda Clinic ("we", "us", "our", the "Clinic"). By booking an appointment or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services

  • The Clinic provides Ayurvedic consultations (online via video/Google Meet and in-clinic), along with therapies, procedures and related wellness guidance.
  • Consultations are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome, cure or result, as responses to treatment vary from person to person.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to book on your own behalf. Appointments for minors must be booked and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about your health, medication and history. Withholding information may affect the safety and quality of advice given.

3. Appointments & payments

  • Appointment slots are confirmed only after the applicable consultation fee is successfully paid.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
  • For online consultations, a Google Meet link is shared by email/WhatsApp after confirmation. It is your responsibility to join with a stable internet connection at the scheduled time.

4. Patient conduct

  • Consultations are for the booked patient only and may not be recorded or redistributed without consent.
  • Prescriptions and advice are personalised and must not be shared or used by any other person.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, branding, logos and materials — is the property of the Clinic and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services, or from delays/failures caused by third-party services (internet, payment gateway, video platform).

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your health information matter to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Information we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, area/pincode and occupation.
  • Health information: complaints, symptoms, medical and surgical history, medications, allergies, examination findings and prescriptions you share for the purpose of consultation.
  • Booking & payment: appointment details and payment status. Card/UPI/bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored by us.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide consultations, maintain your medical record and continuity of care.
  • To confirm appointments and send reminders, prescriptions, receipts and follow-ups via email/WhatsApp.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Consent

By registering and booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here. You may withdraw consent for non-essential communication (e.g. greetings) at any time by contacting us; some records must be retained for medical and legal reasons.

4. Sharing & storage

  • We do not sell your personal or health data.
  • Information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems and shared only with the treating doctor/clinic staff and trusted service providers (e.g. secure database hosting, payment, messaging) strictly to deliver the service.

5. Data retention

Medical records are retained for the period required by professional and legal norms. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we are legally required to keep) by writing to us at the contact details below.

7. Cookies

The website may use minimal cookies/local storage necessary for functionality. We do not use them to track you across other websites.

Refund Policy

This policy explains when consultation and service fees are refundable.

1. Refunds are issued when

  • You were charged but the appointment slot was not confirmed due to a technical error.
  • You were charged more than once for the same appointment (duplicate payment).
  • The Clinic cancels or is unable to provide the consultation and a suitable alternative time is not acceptable to you.

2. Refunds are generally not issued when

  • The consultation has already been provided (advice/prescription delivered).
  • You did not join an online consultation at the scheduled time without prior intimation ("no-show"), or you provided incorrect contact details.
  • You are dissatisfied with the medical advice itself — outcomes vary and a paid consultation reflects the doctor's time and expertise, not a guaranteed result.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at sparshayuclinic@gmail.com or call +91-8097715083 with your name, appointment date and payment reference. Eligible refunds are approved at the Clinic's discretion in line with this policy.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/UPI provider.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. By the patient

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made in time may be rescheduled at no extra charge, or refunded per the Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or "no-shows", are generally not eligible for a refund, as the slot was reserved for you.

2. By the Clinic

  • If the doctor is unavailable due to an emergency, we will offer you the earliest alternative slot, or a full refund if you prefer.

3. How to cancel or reschedule

Contact us at sparshayuclinic@gmail.com or +91-8097715083 with your name and appointment details as early as possible.
